Read this if you have recently placed an order, before 23 October 2011.

On 23 October we upgraded our online Store.

During the update process, we migrated all online Store accounts, however, previous orders were not transferred, therefore any orders you may have placed on this Store before that date will no longer be showing on your Orders page.

If you have any questions or inquiries about previous orders, please contact us, and include your original order number as it appeared on your Order confirmation email or Invoice.

If you ordered Digital items before this date, and you have not been able to download these items, please contact us as you will also not find this under your orders page.
