Tradition. It’s something of a dirty word in Messianic Judaism. It is something that is laughed at and even ridiculed. Some worry that religious traditions contradict the Bible’s commandments while others worry that tradition can too easily become devoid of meaning and turn into empty rituals. However, to outright dismiss tradition is to throw away a useful tool.
