How to Reset your Password
Please note: Your Store Account password is not automatically synchronized with your FFOZ Core Account password.
Enter your email address in the field and click Reset password.
You will receive a secure login key to access your profile page in your account.
On your profile page, enter your new password twice, and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
NOTE: Passwords are case-sensitive. Enter your password carefully, making sure whether or not CAPS LOCK is on or off.
